IT'S DONE

I hope you enjoyed the crazy ride through this experimental comic.

I'm actually really happy with myself; this is the first time I've completed a full multi-page comic. I start a lot of them, but most piddle out quickly. And I actually made it before the deadline omg I cAN'T BELIEVE IT. /cries

Um, let's see, things to say about this page...It's a monster, first of all; it took a long time to ink it. I laid back on the cross-hatching a little in favor of toning, because it's cleaner and faster, but admittedly I am missing that look on Iris.

Another thing to note is that I tried to use the shapes of the panels to convey the moods - eg., the first few panels are on frantic diagonals and bleed into one another, but as soon as a calmer mood sets in, they return to a straighter alignment. Thank you 'Five Cs of Cinematography' you have taught me well.

Thank you to all the lovely people who volunteered their characters for cameos! I had so much fun using your teammates to help me tell my story.

Hopefully y'all will stick around to see where Event 7 takes team Smoke and Mirrors. <3
